Characteristics of PPU VV:

high wear resistance (the physical and mechanical properties of this material are maintained after exposure to long-term cyclic loads - 250,000 or more load cycles;

high elasticity;

high shock-absorbing capacity over a wide temperature range (from -25C to +80C);

Polyurethane foam explosive is a non-flammable, thermostable polymer and does not release toxic substances into the environment in quantities exceeding hygienic standards.

Secondary foam rubber is used as a shock-absorbing, noise-, heat- and sound-insulating material for the manufacture of sports equipment, household items, upholstered furniture elements, and also as packaging material for household and technical goods.

Depending on the density, recycled foam rubber is used as a filler for the following sporting goods:

Sports mats used in acrobatics, gymnastics, physical education (PU foam with a density of 80 to 120 kg/m3);

Wrestling mats (PPU VV density from 100 to 160 kg/m3);

Tatami (PPU explosive density from 140 to 240 kg/m3);

Also, PU foam explosives can be used for the manufacture of soft elements of exercise equipment.
