The mouthguard is made from thermoplastic material, which allows it to be easily molded to match the individual shape of your teeth. Before use, it should be placed in hot water to soften the material. Once softened, the mouthguard can be shaped to fit the jaw comfortably. After cooling, it retains the formed shape and provides a secure fit during training.

A protective storage case is included to keep the mouthguard clean and protected from damage during storage or transportation. For proper hygiene, it is recommended to rinse the mouthguard with running water after each use.
